Judy Throener: Marketing/Public Relations
Director. Develops,
coordinates marketing programs for company services and products.
Provide newspapers, radio, media, with information on company
and industry developments. Directly involved with local, industry,
and government officials (Public Service Commission, Legislators,
etc.) of company service plans and positions.
Kathy Sperl-Jensen: Customer Service Representative: Respond to
customer questions, complaints, and other comments about
company products and service offerings for internet, telephone,
and cable TV. Process customer payments, reconcile billing
discrepancies, and investigate billing complaints. Coordinate
service offering installs, upgrades, etc.
Colleen Paden: Office Manager: Supervises office and clerical
staff. Oversee daily coordination of service installations
and upgrades, marketing efforts, customer service offerings,
customer billing issues, and deposits. Directs routine customer
service activities and administers company service procedures
and policies. Performs customer payment functions and record
keeping.
Steve Hansen: Central Office/Outside Plant Manager. Supervises
all central office and outside plant operations including
daily maintenance, installations, routine testing, and recommendations
for future upgrades and improvements. Maintains central office
and plant records. Dispatches to ensure all repair and related
service requests have been completed.
Kevin Cash: Installation/Repair Technician. Install and repair
telephones, telephone systems, inside/outside wiring, cable
TV services, and internet services. Internet service lead
person. Coordinate with Central Office Supervisor trouble
shooting company service offerings. Assist with central office
routine maintenance, service orders, cable TV/telephone outside
plant construction, and perform cable location requests.
Jeremy Gill: Installation/Repair Technician. Install and
repair telephones, telephone systems, inside/outside wiring,
cable TV services, and internet services. Troubleshoots company
service offerings. Directly involved with outside plant construction
of telephone and cable TV facilities. Responsible for routine
care and maintenance scheduling for construction and vehicle
equipment.
Bob Paden: Vice President/General Manager. Plans, directs,
coordinates, and controls all lines of business of the company
including subsidiaries. Ensures that all operations comply
with federal, state, and local regulations. Primary company
representative to regulatory and legislative bodies. Evaluates
new business opportunities and service offerings. Oversees
compliance of company policies and procedures as set forth
by the board of directors.
