*Inside wire Maintenance Agreement is a plan that covers repair of all inside wire and jacks installed by the company or others (if the wires and jacks meet telephone industry standards). This plan allows customers to avoid a Premise Visit Trip Charge and repair charges when trouble is found inside the wire. If the problem is found in the customer owned equipment, the Premise Visit Trip Charge will be avoided. The problem will be identified and advice will be made regarding repair, but the company will not repair it.
