Resolution # 435

The Mayor and Council of the City of Stanton Nebraska met on January 4, 2005, at their regular city meeting. The following resolution was presented by Council Member Krutz and moved for its adoption:

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON, NEBRASKA AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and Council of the City of Stanton wish to authorize library parking only in the off street parking located to the south and east of the public library. Signs shall be installed stating "LIBRARY PARKING ONLY - $100 Fine for Violating" adjacent to each parking stall and the stalls shall be marked with green paint to designate Library Parking Only.

Council member Hoehne seconded the motion for passage of the foregoing resolution. On roll call the following voted yea: Hoehne, Krutz, Wolf, Noelle. The following voted nay: None.

Whereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the resolution duly adopted
